Fill your freezer with ~60 to 70lbs of premium pork (plus bones, and offal if you so choose). Curing and sausage making costs extra, or ground pork is included at no extra charge.
We will send you a cut sheet once you have placed your order, payment is due at time of pickup.
Selection of cuts includes choices of shoulder butt steaks or roasts, loin roasts or pork chops (bone in or boneless), hocks can be fresh, trimmed out for sausage or ground, or smoked along with hams. Cheeks can be fresh or smoked.
Maximum one type of sausage per side of pork, and belly must be either all fresh or all cured per side of pork.
